How To Order Select the items you would like to order and then fill out the personalization forms. Upload your photo if you are ordering a photo card. If you have any custom requests, for example you would like a color change, please let us know at that time too. Status of an Order A proof
(if required) will be sent to you via email the next business day. In most cases, orders ship within 3 business days after proof approval (if a proof is required). Some wedding and mitzvah invitations take longer to assemble. We’ll send you an email when we receive your order and another one when it ships. Changes/Cancellations If you need to make a correction or cancellation of your order, please let us know as soon as possible since we start designing your custom orders as soon as we receive them. Errors We try our very best to make sure that each order is just right before we send it to you. But if we made a mistake please let us know right away. We will send out a new order as soon as possible. Return & Exchanges We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days from the day the merchandise is received. We cannot accept returns on personalized items unless there is a defect or we have made an error. The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise or we have made an error. Sales Tax All items shipped to addresses in New Jersey will be charged sales tax. Delays If for any
reason your order is to be delayed - due to stock, payment or otherwise - we
will contact you via email. Security All of our transactions are protected by powerful SSL encryption software. Privacy Policy We absolutely respect your privacy and will not share, use, or sell your information with anyone for any reason other than to process your orders. Eco Policy All products are printed and hand-assembled in the USA. Papers used in products are recycled whenever possible and some are printed on 100% cotton tree-free paper. In the studio we always follow the practice of Reduce Reuse Recycle. Legal Notices This site, any
