How much is shipping?
Standard shipping for all orders is $5. If your order total is over $75, shipping will be free! (for the continental US only)

What will my custom/personalized product look like?
Great question! We know it can be hard to order something without seeing it. We offer a digital proof (buy here). If you would like a proof, please purchase one along with the product. We will email a digital proof to you within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, and it will include one edit.

Do you offer custom work?
Yes! We love making custom pieces for you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org about your project and we'll get back to you soon.
For custom trays, please purchase online. To get your own photograph, logo, or wedding invite on a tray, buy here. Just pick your tray size, purchase, and email us your image. For a completely custom tray, buy here. Pick your tray size, and describe what you want in the personalization box. Completely custom trays come with one proof, included in the price. The order will go into production once you have approved the proof.
What is your policy for returns or refunds?
We make everything you order just for you! As such, we do not accept returns on personalized items EXCEPT in case of damage or if we have made an error. When submitting your customization information please double-check that you’ve spelled everything the way that you want it to be spelled! We will not accept returns if you submitted incorrect information.
Claims for damaged merchandise or an error that we made must be made within 1 week of receiving your order to receive possible credit. If product is damaged or customized incorrectly in a way that’s our fault, we will replace it within a week of your contacting us about it.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments.
