Free standard shipping on all US orders is free (for the continental US only).
When will my order ship?
All products are made to order and will ship one week from date ordered. However, sometimes we may take up to 2 weeks. If you have specific need by date, please let us and we will do our best to make that happen for you. We also offer expedited shipping.

What will my custom/personalized product look like? Great question! We know it can be hard to order something without seeing it. We offer a digital proof (buy
here). If you would like a proof, please purchase one along with the product. We will email a digital proof to you within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, and it will include one edit.
What is your policy for returns or refunds?
We make everything you order just for you! As such, we do not accept returns on personalized items EXCEPT in case of damage or if we have made an error. When submitting your customization information please double check that you’ve spelled everything the way that you want it to be spelled (including capitalization)! We will not accept returns if you submitted incorrect information. Claims for damaged merchandise or an error that we made must be made within 1 week of receiving your order to receive possible credit. Replacement orders will be processed and shipped within a week of the claim being made, when possible.
